Dynamic weight controller mod.20 arch support

The dynamic weight controller mod.20 is a machine easily adaptable to almost any packaging line or production control, covering sectors as diverse as food, for the control of packaged product, the metallurgist for the control of parts coming from stamping or injection processes or the logistic for the weighing of packages.
The rejection of products outside tolerances, marked by the customer’s own quality controls, is possible thanks to various systems such as pushers, fin diverters, blowers or tilting belts.
The dynamic weighing function is performed by a high-performance, maintenance-free W&M terminal.
The specific weight indicator model for the dynamic checkweigher is the IT6000E which performs 100% control of machine functions:
– advanced weight signal filtering to eliminate vibrations from the environment and thus ensure accurate results
– control of rejection systems according to product-specific tolerances
– communication with external peripherals
– preparation of statistical reports for pre-packed products.
The controller has different configurations to adapt as best as possible to the customer’s own installations and transport lines.
These configurations vary according to the types of tapes required to perform correctly the weighing function, being the possibilities: 3 tapes (input-synchronization, weighing, output), 2 tapes (input-synchronization, weighing) or 1 tape (weighing).
The structure of the equipment is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel with sandblasted finish and stainless steel cabinet.
The machine has Model Approval in accordance with the Metrology Directives, to be used in applications subject to metrological control.
