Gravimetric weight loss dosifier for continuous dosing of granular or powdery product. Suitable for production processes where constant and precise product flow is required. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with Nylon6 endless spindle and designed for easy and fast maintenance, thanks to a system of quick extraction of the spindle.
The dispenser consists of:
– Gravimetric assembly for product dosing comprising weighing platform, 3L capacity dosing hopper, with product inlet and decompression outlet, and step-by-step motor endless spindle, directly controlled by the weight indicator via analog signal.
– Weighing electronics composed of IT6000E weight display with LOSS IN WEIGHT software for the control of the entire dosing and filling of the hopper. The software has a PID controller in charge of controlling the spindle speed, to keep the flow constant despite product pressure changes. Includes a learning system to correct flow changes caused by lack of pressure before refill and overpressure at the end.
– Painted electrical cabinet containing the necessary elements to perform the step-by-step motor control maneuver and the hopper refill maneuver.
Optional accessories:
– Product transport system for feeding the dosing hopper.
– Product homogenisation system for applications where it is necessary to dose the product homogeneously on a surface.
